Apron Management
Core to all Searidge solutions is the IntelliDARTM intelligent video platform. To learn more about its features and functionality click here.
The Searidge Apron Management solution uses passive technology to provide comprehensive surveillance of all ground traffic. It provides controllers and operators with complete situational awareness of the non-movement area and offers airports a reliable method of capturing block on/off times.
Runway Lighting Automation
Core to all Searidge solutions is the IntelliDARTM intelligent video platform. To learn more about its features and functionality click here.
The Searidge Runway Lighting Automation solution automates the activation/deactivation of centerline runway lights in displaced thresholds. Because of the tracking capabilities of the system, it is able to make on/off decisions based on the position of the aircraft.

Runway Incursion Monitoring
Core to all Searidge solutions is the IntelliDARTM intelligent video platform. To learn more about its features and functionality click here.
The Searidge Runway Incursion Monitoring solution helps prevent runway incursions by providing localized surveillance data including detection of position, speed of target, and alerts to the tower and airfield.
Remote Monitoring
As airports look for ways to increase efficiency and reduce costs, the use of intelligent video to enable remote monitoring offers them a host of alternative surface management options. Currently, controllers located at airport towers provide air traffic control (ATC) services for aircraft on the airport surface primarily by visual means (i.e., looking out the window). There are many cases where an out-the-window view is not possible or practical; new construction, runway extensions, tower blind spots and contingency operations.
Solutions Overview
As airports grow and evaluate their surface management needs, Intelligent Video is emerging as the right technology to help Air Navigation Service Providers (ANSPs) and airports:
• Comply with NextGen and SESAR program initiatives
• Increase safety
• Improve security
• Enhance Collaborative Decision Making (CDM)
• Augment existing surveillance
• Develop and evaluate remote tower capabilities
• Deploy remote apron management capabilities
• Mitigate new tower construction
• Enhance tower visibility.
