Steve Nicolle, Chairman:
Steve is a venture, technology and executive advisor with more than 24 years of industry experience, the last ten of which have been in CxO roles, including: COO at March Networks, a digital video surveillance company; CEO at venture-backed Tatara Systems, a mobile convergence company; CEO at Sigma Systems Group, a global provider of service management solutions to tier-one cable MSOs; and President of Nortel's OSS software business unit. His early career was centered on roles of increasing responsibility in the development of communications products, from OSS software products to optical and IP networking and security products. Steve's career has taken him across North American and Europe. He is currently based in Boston, MA.

Moodie Cheikh, CEO, Co-Founder:
Moodie brings more than 11 years of experience in the technology industry, with experience and accomplishments in high-tech sales, marketing, business development and strategic management. Four years ago Moodie co-founded and now leads Searidge Technologies, a software company targeting the aviation industry. He has been instrumental in introducing new imaging and video analytics technology into the aviation industry for a variety of different applications surrounding air traffic control. His knowledge of operations and procedures has allowed him to spearhead the introduction of innovative approaches to solve serious industry problems.
Moodie is responsible for Searidge’s strategic direction, developing and driving the global sales strategy, and managing the company's direct and indirect sales and professional services teams.

Alex Sauriol, VP ATM, Co-Founder:
Alex founded Searidge in 2001 and has held the position of Lead Designer, and VP Operations. Alex’s experience developing and delivering complex Air Traffic Control systems in a timely, cost effective manner has been a critical factor in Searidge’s consistent growth and earnings over the years. Alex has been credited with the companies recent innovations including IntelliDAR (Intelligent Video based Airport Surface Surveillance) and the DAWC (Digital Aviation Weather Camera)/Automated Sector Visibility (ASV) program. Prior to founding Searidge, Alex served various software development and product management positions in Europe, Canada and the US.

Chris Burke, Director:
Chris has a wealth of international wireless and IT expertise. He has spent over 27 years in the telecommunications industry in a career spanning Europe and North America. He most recently held the position of Managing Director for Research in Motion (RIM) in Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Chris was responsible for RIM’s EMEA businesses including its growth targets and all sales activities. This included managing the company’s expansion into new markets and establishing strategic partnerships across the region.
Since departing from RIM in May 2009 Chris has returned to manage his Investment Fund and Advisory Business. The Investment Fund and Advisory business was founded in 2004. There have been some substantial successes along the way: Ubiquity Software (Chairman and Investor) which IPOed in 2005 and sold to Avaya in 2007, Oz Communications (Board) sold to Nokia in 2008, Dialog Semiconductor (Board and Investor) which completed one of the most successful Secondary Offerings in Technology of 2009.
From 2001 to 2004 Chris worked at Vodafone UK Ltd. where he was the Chief Technology Officer responsible for all Vodafone UK’s technology and product architecture, design, procurement, development, support and operations.
Prior to Vodafone Chris was CTO and CIO at Energis. As part of the executive team leading Energis through IPO and into the FTSE 40. After graduating from university, Chris joined Nortel in research, development, operations and sales roles working across North America, Europe and Asia.

Tom Borowiecki, Director:
Tom is a senior technology executive with more than 25 years of technology and IT experience with Bell Northern Research and Nortel. Tom recently retired from Nortel as a Vice President, R&D and now has established an IT consulting practice focused on the small and medium business segment. Tom has held various roles in the technology industry with a successful track record in telecommunications and IT product development, strategic planning and portfolio life-cycle management, leading technology and IT organizations of up to 1,500 people and managing budgets of up to $300M,. Tom holds a B. Eng from Carleton University, a B.Sc in Biology and is a Professional Engineer.
