Searidge Announces One Year Continuous Operation of IntelliDAR at Abu Dhabi International Airport

GATINEAU, QUEBEC – 15 September 2009 – Searidge Technologies celebrates the one-year anniversary of its IntelliDAR implementation at the Abu Dhabi International Airport. IntelliDAR is a non-cooperative, surface-surveillance system which has enabled the airport to use its newly-constructed runway. IntelliDAR supplies surface traffic information to the air traffic controllers at Abu Dhabi Airport, allowing for a tool-supported operation.

IntelliDAR has been operational at the Abu Dhabi International Airport since 10 August 2008.
